What is your cancellation policy?

  • For standard reservations the reservation is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled or adjusted more than 3 days (72 hours) days before arrival. After the 3 days threshold, 50% of the reservation is due. Any cancellations or adjustments made within 24 hours of the reservation start will be responsible for the entire stay.

  • For our non-refundable rate option, changes to reservations can be made free of charge within 24 hours of booking.

  • Special rate packages can not be combined with other discounts and are subject to the same reservation rules as non-refundable rates.

What amenities do you have?

Cool off in the pool, one of only a few in Marfa. We also offer fire pits, ping pong, board games, coolers of adult beverages, popsicles, and pre-made snack baskets. Our newly opened Guest Lounge features a ROKU TV, a typewriter to write your love stories or poems, a record player and a microwave.


Wine Beer and Snacks?

Our front office and shop offers a variety of wine beer and snacks as well unique finds, our Los Poblanos bath and body products, and art from renown international and national artists. Bike, surrey, typewriter and record player rental also available.


Is the pool open?

Yes, our pool is open to guests. Day passes available to to non-guests at the front desk and are limited to availability.


Do you allow pets?

We not only allow pets, but we LOVE pets! We charge a one-time $50.00 cleaning fee for pets- this includes ESA’s. We can only waive fees for trained service animals.

Let us know if you have a furry friend joining you and we will do our best to make them feel right at home.

A damage fee will be charged for any damage done by your pet during your stay. Bags are available in the courtyard. Please dispose of any waste in nearest trash bin.

Please note, there is a 2-pet per room limit and pets may not be left in rooms unattended.


Do you have turn down service?

For your safety we do not have housekeeping come to your room during your stay. If you find yourself in need of fresh towels or sheets, please contact the front desk @ 432-729-7777
